We now use HIREOLOGY as our primary recruiting tool. All managers should have a log in and, at minimum need to:
1 - Ask Kelli Kunes (or Heather Nichols for service positions) to open needed positions. Please let them know the positions, hiring manager, and any unique information you'd like listed.
2 - Review your applicants in Hireology. There are a lot of tools you can use to manage your applicants, pre-screen and test, and we encourage you to do so.
3 - When you've hired someone, please let Kelli (or Heather) know the name & they'll close the position. It's better to close a position and open another one if you need someone else than to let positions grow stale.
