Have you ever been part of a group? A group that you truly loved and wished others would understand? A group that you felt pride to be a part of?
What about when something happens that fully embodies what it means to be a part of that group? Doesn't the feeling that follows just fill you with a warmth?
Well, this past weekend, the community got to see what it's like to be a Kunes Country employee. The passion. The drive.
Below is a letter that was written to Tony Wheatley and Gregg Kunes by a Ms. Maria Sanchez from the Chicago area. And in this letter, she regales the experience she had with a Kunes Country employee - our very own Mike Grems.
Thank you to Mike Grems for just being a good guy! This is great example to remind us that our reputation extends far beyond the walls of our dealerships - we're all recognized, especially when you're wearing a Kunes Country shirt.
Thanks, Mike, for taking the time to make this girl's day & working at Building People's Lives inside & outside of the dealership!
Take a minute or two sometime this week, and shoot Mike an email/call thanking him for his devotion to customer service...even when they aren't our customers!
