A Letter from the 2017 Operation Click Vehicle Winner
I wanted to thank you on behalf of the student body, staff, administration, and community here at Mundelein High School. A special thank you also comes on behalf of Daniel Bronfeyn and his family-winner of the car for the Lake County Operation Click Chapter. It seems like it has been a long time in coming, but to have a winner of a free car has made all the difference at our school and the buzz surrounding it has made it so much easier to discuss safe driving decisions-especially those surrounding the ideas of seat belt use and disengagement with the phones while driving. We expect this message to continue to resonate with our students and to lead to an injury free prom.
I am sending a picture of Daniel’s car which is on display for the next week in front of Mundelein High School. It sits right in front of the entrance where students walk in and I must tell you, there were quite a few envious eyes looking at the car this morning and just as many kids wishing they had signed up and made the commitment to doing what is necessary for being eligible. I expect we will see a large jump in the number of students who sign up to be a part of the program next year. Your company has been the buzz since the car and all its signage showed up here on campus.
Thank you once again for your sponsorship for a program that helps save kid’s lives. We are excited to not only win a car for one of our students, but to also bring awareness to the dangers of distracted driving and poor decisions made while driving. Your company has made a difference in the lives of students at our school.
Have a great summer and we will once again look forward to being a part of the program again next year.
